Terms of service

The service

BangerScout analyzes your TikTok profile and niche, then delivers video opportunities every week. It is operated by NUMEROGEEK (see the legal notice).

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the TikTok username you connect.

Subscription and price

BangerScout costs $19 per month, with no commitment and no free trial. Subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments Inc. as merchant of record; their terms apply to payment. Applicable taxes are collected by Dodo Payments at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, then switches to read-only.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. By asking for your first analysis to start immediately, you agree that the service begins before that period ends; if you withdraw within 14 days, any refund is prorated to your use. For any billing question: contact@bangerscout.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell the service, scrape it, overload it, or use it in a way that breaks TikTok's own terms.

Opportunities are suggestions: BangerScout does not guarantee views, growth or revenue. The TikTok content surfaced by the service belongs to its creators.

Availability

We aim for the best availability we can, but the service is provided "as is": it depends on third-party platforms and APIs, and may be briefly interrupted for maintenance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NUMEROGEEK's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of revenue or audience.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email; using the service after they take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. EU consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
